Dickens Brothers is one of the oldest established leather manufacturers and suppliers in the UK with the widest choice of vegetable tanned cowhides and cowcalf leather.

Our leather range includes pure vegetable tanned fullgrain kipsides, this leather has a surface that is absorbent and can easily be dyed or stained.

This makes the leather suitable for a variety of uses including:

• Modelling and tooling
• Surgical and orthopedic
• Craft and hobby projects
• Reenactment equipment

We are well experienced in providing leather for almost any type of use and would be happy to advise you on the best leather for your chosen product.

All our leather can be supplied in 2 grades, grade A leather and grade B leather.

Grade A leather is better quality than grade B leather and therefore is more suitable for larger cutting areas.

Grade B leather has minor defects and therefore is more suitable for smaller cutting areas.

The leather can be supplied in several thickness' from 1mm up to 3.2mm

The most expensive leather, is made from a superior raw material, having wider size range availability and also a special top grade for modelling and tooling. Unfortunately, this material is only available in 1.0 - 1.2mm thickness and not in the thicker kipsides.

• Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received.
• We accept cheques (subject to a 7 day clearance) or transfer direct into our bank account.
• Minimum order is 1 kipside.
• 10 or more kipsides (can be mixed thicknesses) will enjoy a 10% discount.
• Larger quantities are open to discount negotiation

All our leather is sold in pence per square foot and includes VAT but is subject to post and packing costs, which depends on the total weight ordered.
